CELEBRATING SIX YEARS OF PROSPECT ART
Join us on Saturday, September 19, for an evening bringing together artists, friends, and supporters to celebrate six years of Prospect Art and our artist-centered programs.
Prospect Art creates meaningful opportunities for artists through direct grants, exhibitions, publications, public programs, and experimental curatorial projects. Our programs support artists at different stages of their practices, providing resources to develop new work and creating new contexts in which that work can be seen, discussed, and shared.
The evening begins at 5:30 PM with cocktails and a special preview of Carmen Amengual’s Disembodied by Intelligence, followed by dinner. At 8:00 PM, we’ll welcome additional guests for drinks, video art, and the print folio raffle.
This year marks an important period of growth for Prospect Art. Our recent programming has received support from the Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, California Arts Council, City of Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs, and the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors through the Department of Arts and Culture.
Funds raised through the evening directly support Prospect Art’s ongoing work and help us continue providing opportunities and resources to artists in the year ahead. Join us at 8:00 PM for drinks, a special viewing of Carmen Amengual’s Disembodied by Intelligence, video art, and the print folio raffle. Includes two drink tickets.
PRINT FOLIO RAFFLE · $50
Enter to win a limited-edition folio of 11 prints by artists connected to Prospect Art, including two new special-edition prints by Prospect Art founders Elizabeth Withstandley and Gioj De Marco. Each print is 11 × 14 inches. Fifty percent of proceeds go directly to the participating artists. Winner need not be present.
LAKERS VS. CLIPPERS · $300
Join us on October 23 for Lakers vs. Clippers from a private A-Level suite at Crypto.com Arena. Individual suite tickets are $300, with proceeds supporting Prospect Art.
LAKERS HOME OPENER · ENTIRE PRIVATE SUITE · STARTING BID $6,500
Experience the Lakers home opener against the Golden State Warriors on October 21 with exclusive use of an entire A-Level suite at Crypto.com Arena. Host up to 15 guests for opening night in your own private suite, with two parking passes included. Estimated value $12,000.
